WIFI Access
We recommend using Eduroam for internet access. If you’re not already set up, please configure it through your institution before arrival (check Eduroam Locations)
Alternatively, guest WiFi (Sky) will be available, though coverage may be limited compared to Eduroam.

Working Parents/Guardians/Carers ​​
A parent room will be available for attendees with babies and young children throughout the conference. Individuals may chest-feed anywhere on site and a lactation room will be available throughout the conference for those who need it.
​
What to Bring​
Don’t forget to bring: Notepad, pen, bag. These items will not be provided at the conference. In line with your feedback and our commitment to sustainability, we’ve chosen to forgo traditional giveaways and instead to upgrade the catering experience! You might also want to bring a refillable water bottle.
​
Storage​
We are unable to store luggage during the conference. In emergencies, limited storage may be arranged off-site. Please do not bring posters before Tuesday morning. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Conference Social
Wednesday, April 16 at 6:30 PM: Join us for an informal social gathering at a local Newcastle brewery, Donzoko Brewery & Taproom (~11 min walk from venue). Feel free to bring food (Gingerino’s pizzeria is right next door!). Please note: this venue is not wheelchair accessible.

​Conference Banquet​
The conference dinner will take place on Thursday, April 17, at 18:30 at The Biscuit Factory (~8 min walk from venue). Please note that a ticket is required to attend the dinner.
​
